Mind Page 23 : A Group art Exhibition by Ms. Aditi Chakravarty

Ms. Aditi is not only an accomplished artist but also a professional Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, and a mentor at the renowned Nrityanjali Academy. She is a storyteller, a dreamer, and a guide to a world where the celestial and contemporary converge through her imagination.

Her recent group exhibition at the prestigious Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai left art enthusiasts and critics alike in awe, as she showcased a series of artworks with the theme “MIND PAGE,” that transported viewers into a space filled with energy and movements.

Her artworks are a sort of representation of celestial romance in a primitive modern style. Through the usage of line strokes, bubble burst and random brush strokes she creates a universe, which appears familiar but completely unexplored. Each stroke of her brush, every burst of color, and the seemingly random yet purposeful brushstrokes create a sort of visual simulation, taking her audience on a mesmerizing journey into her imagination.

Nature serves as a profound source of inspiration for Aditi Chakravorty. Her art is an ode to the beauty, spontaneity, and complexity of the natural world. In a world filled with chaos and noise, her art provides a serene and contemplative space for reflection. She is a testament to the power of spontaneity in art, as her art is not bound by rules or expectations; instead, it resonates with the spontaneity of life itself. It encourages viewers to let go of preconceived notions and immerse themselves in the world she creates.

Apart from acrylic on canvas she also work on lino and wood cut prints.
