Polaris Announces Pricing of $500 Million of Senior Notes
MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 9, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Polaris Inc. (NYSE: PII) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of senior notes consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.950% senior notes due 2029 (the “notes”).
The sale of the notes is expected to close on November 16, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Polaris intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay certain indebtedness outstanding under the Company’s credit agreement and for general corporate purposes.
The active joint book-running managers for the offering are: Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
