CIRO Hearing Panel reserves judgment on hearing on the merits in the matter of Jila Mott

TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2024 /CNW/ – A hearing on the merits in the matter of Jila Mott was held before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) on January 19, 2024.

After receiving an Agreed Statement of Facts and hearing submissions from CIRO Staff and Jila Mott with respect to sanctions, the hearing panel reserved judgment and advised they will issue their decision and written reasons in due course.
