The Government of Canada to make an important funding announcement for Black communities in British Columbia

Minister Khera will make a funding announcement and unveil this year’s theme for Black History Month

NORTH VANCOUVER, BC, Jan. 15, 2024 /CNW/ – The Honourable Kamal Khera, Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities, will make an important funding announcement and reveal this year’s theme for Black History Month on Tuesday.

Minister Khera will be joined by the Honourable Harjit S. Sajjan, Minister of Emergency Preparedness and Minister responsible for the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada; the Honourable Dr. Hedy Fry, Member of Parliament (Vancouver Centre); Michael Coteau, Member of Parliament (Don Valley East); and Arielle Kayabaga, Member of Parliament (London West).
